Observed multiple leaking and busted dairy products in walk-in cooler and on shelves. All items indicate inadequate cleaning frequency of potentially hazardous food surfaces. Found hand wash sink in deli soiled by food debris. Observed sealed boxes of dairy products sitting on floor at 57 to 59°F waiting to be stocked. All items shall be 41°F or less. Temperatures shall be maintained during stocking process.

Real Hacienda, 2750 S. Third St. (2 Critical, 9 Non-Critical) — Back hand wash sink found blocked by brooms. Bucket of cheese found at 68°F on top of oven in kitchen.

East Star Buffet, 3059 S. U.S. Hwy 41 (2 Critical, 4 Non-Critical) — Buffet not marked with time of consumption at beginning of inspection. Sanitizer in 3-bay and several wiping cloth buckets found greater than 200ppm.
