Paul Finebaum, a radio/T.V. personality for the Sec Network and ESPN loves what the Rebels have done in the offseason building a great roster.
On the other hand, Finebaum doesn’t think Mississippi State is ready to break through to the tops of the SEC.
The media personality says the Bulldogs are still a year or two away from contending at the highest level.
