Liberty Film Festival happening this weekend

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - A film festival in Liberty County started small two years ago with just a single film.
This weekend more than three dozen films will be screened and nearly 60 awards handed out to international filmmakers.
The founder of the Liberty International Film Festival, Joseph Frew-Miller, has a look at what we can expect and how this has grown so fast.
