$200,000 Nebraska Pick 5 prize remains unclaimed; winning ticket to expire soon

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A $200,000 Nebraska Pick 5 prize from December 2023 is expiring soon.

The Nebraska Lottery said for the December 3, 2023, drawing, a $200,000 Nebraska Pick 5 winning ticket was sold at the Kwik Shop located at 1403 Harlan St., in Falls City. The ticket matched all five winning numbers (03, 10, 11, 17, 28) for the jackpot prize.

However, winning Nebraska Lottery Lotto tickets expire 180 days after the drawing. In this case, the $200,000 Pick 5 prize will expire Friday, May 31.

Prizes of $20,000 or more must be claimed at Nebraska Lottery Headquarters, 137 NW 17th St., in Lincoln.

The odds of winning the Nebraska Pick 5 jackpot, which starts at $50,000 and grows by $10,000 each drawing that is not won, are 1 in 658,008 while the overall odds of winning a prize in the game, which has drawings seven nights a week, are 1 in 9.2.
