Jaleel White, who starred as Steve Urkel in the popular ‘90s sitcom “Family Matters,” recently got married to tech executive and NFL team owner’s niece Nicoletta Ruhl.

The adored actor, known for his “did I do that?” catchphrase, said “I do” Saturday in Los Angeles.

“It was important for all of the people that carry an impact on our daily lives to be present and for each and every one of them to enjoy themselves and feel as though they were part of something intimate and meaningful,” Ruhl spoke about the wedding to People.

White, 47, famously played Urkel — the clumsy, brainiac next-door neighbor of the Winslow family — during the show’s nine-season run from 1989 to 1997.

Urkel was known for going above and beyond to pursue his love interest Laura Winslow, often infuriating her father Carl, and being best buds with her brother Eddie.

White’s newlywed wife Ruhl is a sports technology business executive and the niece of Dean Spanos, chairman and managing owner of the Los Angeles Chargers.

Ruhl attended Yale for undergraduate studies as a swimmer and went on to get a business degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

The couple first met when they were working out at UCLA during the pandemic. They made their relationship public with an Instagram post on New Year’s Day of 2022.

The couple’s 175-guest wedding included neutral decor, three different DJ’s and a red velvet wedding cake with lemon, funfetti and vanilla.

“We’ve each committed ourselves to loving and helping one another achieve the best possible outcome in anything we set out to do both personally and professionally,” White said.

This is White’s first marriage although he has a daughter, Samaya, 14, with former partner Bridget Hardy.

White also appeared on season 14 of “Dancing With the Stars”, “Who Made the Potatoe Salad?” and more.
