Unit 1130 holds M-3 zoning, allowing for a range of light industrial and related uses. The sale price averaged $540 per square foot. Calvin Jones of NAI Commercial (Langley) Ltd. represented the buyer while Kevin Volz and Rick Eastman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the vendor.
