Myth: Sen. Bernie Sanders is a principled politician who stuck by his views for decades until they became popular.
Reality: Sen. Bernie Sanders shed almost every one of his views and like every other political chameleon says whatever he thinks his audience wants to hear no matter how ridiculous.
As Bernie goes on tour with AOC, he now sounds like her.
“It’s not ‘Bernie,’ it’s you!” Sanders told the crowd, who greeted his arrival on stage with familiar chants of “Bernie! Bernie!”
“We’re going to make our revolution with joy! We’re going to sing and dance our way to victory against hatred and divisiveness,” Sanders said, telling the crowd, “Your presence here today is making Donald Trump and Elon Musk very nervous.”
“Make our revolution with joy?” Is that quoting Lenin or Kamala?
Sing and dance our way to victory? Which Marx essay does that one come from?
Bernie is either desperately trying to sound like a TikTok video or is letting AOC write his speeches while he’s out to lunch. Either way he’s the puppet he’s always been who uses his political brand just enough to condemn America and Israel while cashing in for his family members. Joy indeed.
